Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change and orders need to be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jbardcanvasandleather@gmail.com.

Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a refund minus a 15% processing fee.
This fee covers the non-refundable credit card fees charged to us by our payment processor. -
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return it under our return policy once it arrives.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
We appreciate your understanding — we’re a small business, and these fees help us keep things running smoothly.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you’re shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
